Charlie Rose
Charlie Rose is the Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc. ("INCREF"). Charlie is the Head of Real Estate Credit for Invesco and has served as Managing Director since he joined Invesco Real Estate in 2017. In his role, he is primarily focused on the strategic and transactional side of structured credit investments related to commercial and multifamily real estate with an immediate focus on the U.S. Prior to joining Invesco, Charlie served as managing director for Canyon Partners Real Estate (“Canyon”) since 2009. Prior to Canyon, he worked for Pacific Urban Residential in capital markets and multifamily acquisitions from 2007 to 2009.

Louise Reilly
Louise Reilly leads the Alternatives Business for J.P. Morgan Private Bank's Global Families and Southeast region, helping clients allocate ~$3.5B each year across the asset class. She specializes in advising private clients and family offices on their alternative allocations, across hedge funds, private equity, private credit and real estate.

Jan Brzeski is the Founder and Managing Director of Sage Credit Investment Partners, (description) and manages the fund portfolio. Prior to starting SCIP, Mr. Brzeski founded and built Arixa Capital, one of the top non-bank real estate lenders. Through his career, Mr. Brzeski has overseen 1,800 real estate loans totaling $3.5 billion.
